Shipping and returns

Packages are usually shipped within 3 days after payment is received. They are shipped via the delivery method selected during the order with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Whatever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online until we receive it.

Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We offer you the shipping costs in mainland France if you choose Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Do you want to return your order? You have 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, according to article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code. / p>

The return costs will be at your expense except in the event of non-conformity of the products delivered with respect to the Order.

You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the product is returned intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The security label on which the bar code appears must be intact. The product should not be used or even tried.
