How long will it take to get my order?
It will depend on your shipping method of choice, as well as what country you want the products shipped to. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually 4 to 8 business days for European countries).
Deliveries inside France are free is you choose a delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. To ship anywhere inside Europe it will be around €6.90.
For deliveries in France you have a choice of different methods such as: Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay. For european deliveries, you can choose between: Colissimo.
How can I track y order?
When your order is validated and is being prepared in our warehouse, no matter what shipping option you chose, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. All you have to do is click on « track my order » in the confirmation email, to access it.
Do you do international deliveries?

Our products are certified Cosmos organic by Ecocert, a strict label that defines positive criteria to respect the environment and the well being of the consumers. Our products also respond to Cosmébio label’s requirements. We guarantee original compositions but also global ethical approaches.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Our brand is certified by the Beauty Without Bunnies program by PETA, which allows no animal testing at all. No animal material is present in our products.
How are your products tested?
A series of tests have been necessary for Fred Mécène to get her first product out: Le bio de teint. First of all, preservation tests, to ensure that it will not develop bacteria and to be sure that it meets the chemical, physical and microbiological standards, in the long term. We also carried out a skin tolerance study on a few voluntary people, as well as an eye irritation test.
Do you use recycled and recyclable materials?
Fred Mécène is committed to limiting her environmental impact by looking at innovating solutions. The packaging is very minimal, 100% recyclable, reusable and designed with eco responsible materials: a bottle made of wood and glass and an organic cotton packaging, for our first product. Our cardboard is also created from recycled paper, fully biodegradable and FSC recyclable. Our shipping box is tailored made to avoid any waste.
Do the products contain controversial or allergenic ingredients?
The formulas have been specifically developed from natural, biological and vegan ingredients, which guarantee the absence of harmful chemicals, pesticides, synthetic preservatives, genetically modified ingredients (OGM) ect…
