Deliveries and Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 3 days after receiving payment. They are sent via the delivery method selected at the time of the order with a tracking number. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online until you receive it.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the package. We offer free shipping in mainland France for orders over €50 if you choose Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are adequately protected.

Do you wish to return a package? You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the package containing the ordered products to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, according to Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

Please send us an email at contact@fredmecene.com to inform us. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reasons for the return.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless there is a defect in the compliance of the products delivered compared to the order.

You may only exercise your right of withdrawal if the product is returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. The security label bearing the barcode must be intact. The product must not be used or even tried.
